By using ishopwithit.com or buying from With It ("we," "us"), you agree to these terms. Our Refund & Return Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy are part of these terms.

1. Products and authenticity

Autographed items are authenticated by independent third-party services such as JSA, Beckett (BAS) and PSA/DNA, and ship with that service's certificate. Authentication opinions belong to those services. Our authenticity guarantee is described in our Refund & Return Policy.

We photograph each item carefully, but colors can look different on different screens. When a listing says you will receive the exact item shown, that is the item we ship. Other listings may show a representative photo.

Sealed trading card products are sold as-is and factory-sealed. We make no promise about which cards a box or pack contains, and their contents and value are not guaranteed.

2. Pricing and availability

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Most autographed items are one of a kind, and an item can sell out before your order is completed. If we can't fill your order, or a listing has a pricing or description error, we may cancel it and refund you in full.

3. Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when the order ships. We may refuse or cancel any order, including orders that look fraudulent, orders with unusually large quantities, or orders placed for resale. Payment is processed securely through Shopify and its payment partners. We never see or store your full card number.

4. Sales tax

We collect sales tax where required by law, calculated at checkout.

5. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account login secure and for activity on your account. Tell us right away if you think your account has been used without your permission.

6. Intellectual property

All site content, including the With It name and logo, photos and text, belongs to With It or its licensors. Don't copy or reuse it without our written permission. Team names, logos and player names are trademarks of their owners. With It is not affiliated with or endorsed by any league, team or player unless we say so.

7. Acceptable use

Don't use the site for anything unlawful, try to disrupt it, scrape it, or buy items with stolen payment details.

8. Disclaimers

Except for the guarantees we state in our policies, the site and products are provided "as is." Memorabilia and trading cards are collectibles, not investments. We make no promise that any item will hold or increase in value.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on the site when you place an order applies to that order.
